What Materials Are Used for Your Headstones?
We exclusively use premium-grade granite for all of our headstones and grave markers unless a customer explicitly requests marble after learning the differences. Granite is not only timeless but also exceptionally durable, making it the ideal material for lasting tributes. Unlike some manufacturers, we never use artificial additives or dye, ensuring the stone retains its natural beauty and integrity.
How Long Does It Take to Receive a Headstone?
Standard production with local delivery ranges from 8 to 16 weeks after placing an order for all in stock monuments. Some colors and sizes are not kept in our local shop, so those range from 4 months to 8 months depending on quarry location.
Are Design and Engraving Costs Included in the Price?
Our pricing includes sandblasted designs from our library, names, dates and epitaphs on one surface. Lettering and/or designs on the back of an upright, slant or other style that has space for a 2nd surface, would cost extra. If you are not able to find a suitable design in our sandblast clipart library, we do offer custom artwork at an hourly rate. Simply email us the image or idea and we will be happy to quote that for you. Also, we do offer laser etching (a much higher detailed image). Laser etching is available exclusively on our Premium Jet Black granite and does come with an additional cost. These prices are shown in our custom editor!
What If My Headstone Is Damaged During Shipping?
We take every precaution to ensure your monument arrives safely. However, in the rare event that damage occurs during shipping, we want to make the resolution process as smooth as possible for you.
- Upon Delivery: Please inspect your monument before the delivery driver leaves. If any damage is found, be sure to note it on the delivery company’s paperwork before signing.
- If Immediate Inspection Isn’t Possible: Please examine your monument within 24 hours of delivery and report any damage to us within that 24 hour window.
- Our Commitment to You: If your monument is damaged in transit, and you have notified us within that 24 hour window with proper documentation, such as pictures, we will immediately begin crafting a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- What We Need From You: To process a claim with the shipping company, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the damage along with any delivery documentation.

Can I Include a Photo on the Headstone?
Yes! Our design system enables you to upload photographs directly from your computer so you can preview how the final headstone will look before placing your order.
Is There a Difference Between a Headstone and a Grave Marker?
Not really—these terms are often used interchangeably. Other common names include gravestones, cemetery memorials, and monuments.
Do I Need to Speak with a Representative to Place an Order?
No, our ordering system is designed for convenience! You can customize and purchase your headstone online without needing to call. However, if you prefer assistance, our team is always available to help.
