Welcome to Creative Monument LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom Orders & Design Approval

  • All monuments and memorials are custom-made and cannot be modified once production has started.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing their memorial design before placing the order.

2. Production & Delivery

  • Standard production time is 8–16 weeks, depending on material availability and design complexity.
  • We allow backorders. We are constantly adding more inventory, so if the stone color and size you need is not readily available in our shop, we will order it from the quarry. Once received, we add your design and lettering in our shop in Arkansas. This can add anywhere from 1 to 6 months to the expected ship time. Once your custom stone has been ordered, we are not able to issue a refund for any delay in shipping.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, or cemetery regulations.

3. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
  • If an error occurs on our part, we will replace or repair the memorial at no cost to you.

4. Shipping & Damage Policy

  • Customers should inspect the monument upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos for a claim to be filed.
  • If damage occurs during shipping, we will begin crafting a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Cemetery Rules & Regulations

  • Customers are responsible for verifying cemetery requirements before ordering.
  • We are not liable for issues related to non-compliance with cemetery regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and artwork created by Creative Monument LLC are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Monument LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or third-party services.

8. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you provide your phone number and opt in via the checkbox on our design tool, you agree to receive a one-time automated text message from Creative Monument LLC containing a link to retrieve your saved monument design. Consent to receive this message is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency: Typically one message per saved design.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and may reply START to resubscribe.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (501) 581-0300.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
